Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA)
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cath Lab in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment CAL skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 Charge RN references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Skill Cardiac Experience.
• Additional Skill Conscious Sedation Experience.
• Additional Skill Telemetry Experience.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to be on call, work every other weekend, work holidays as needed.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to work on a rotating shift/callback/charge/ float to different units as needed.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with TAVR, Microclip, and Watchmen is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, and Pericardiocentesis is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, and FlowTriever is required.
• Additional Confirmations Mechanical Circulatory Support experience with ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo, and LVAD is required.
• Additional Confirmations Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty, and ASA is required.
• Additional Confirmations Moderate sedation training is required.
• Additional Confirmations Dysrhythmia experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Telemetry experience is required.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
