Duration: assignments are expected to conclude between mid-December and mid-January

Candidate should have their own work set up – 2 monitors mandatory

Additional Skills

Training: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern for a duration of 3 weeks.

A reliable high-speed internet connection with a hardwired ethernet connection is required. WIFI connections are not permitted
Equipment will not be provided by Client. 

The Customer Service Representative will assist Marketplace consumers with questions and applications for health care coverage. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and assist consumers with Marketplace questions.
• Help individuals and families apply for health care coverage.
• Process applications, eligibility determinations, enrollments, and life event changes.
• Update customer information and document all interactions accurately.
• Explain Marketplace decisions and refer/escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with requests for materials and translation services.
• Follow all privacy, confidentiality, and company procedures.
• Attend required training and maintain knowledge of programs and systems.

Ideal Candidate :
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Able to learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
• Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information.
• Previous call center, customer service, healthcare, or benefits experience is a plus
