Data Analyst

Ensure accurate and timely data collection, extraction, and aggregation to support Naval leadership decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain full ownership of office Dashboard, including data collection, extraction, and aggregation from source systems
• Clean, validate, and prepare data for accuracy prior to dashboard updates and leadership briefings
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable summaries and high-level PowerPoint briefs for front office leadership
• Navigate and pull data from ADVANA, Jupyter, and Qlik in support of dashboard maintenance and ad hoc data requests
• Adapt quickly to shifting front office priorities, which can change with little notice, and adjust dashboard focus and reporting accordingly
• Coordinate and collaborate professionally with other data analysts and contractor partners across multiple agencies

Qualifications

• Functional, robust data collection, extraction, and aggregation skills
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), including the ability to clean data and prepare high-level PowerPoint briefs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable summaries for senior leadership
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to pivot priorities smoothly as front office focus shifts
• Active Secret security clearance, required as the CSR Dashboard resides on the SIPR network
• Working knowledge of ADVANA, Jupyter, and Qlik for data acquisition
• Ability to work alongside other data analysts and contractor partners without friction, representing KTG professionally across multiple agencies
• Experience with Azure Databricks
• Experience in Navy/DoD operations and/or AI driven analytics
