What You'll Do

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals across your assigned territory.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and developing new business with real estate offices and independent agents.
• Building long-term relationships with brokers, agents, mortgage professionals, and title companies.
• Conducting daily face-to-face sales presentations.
• Scheduling and leading office presentations and Lunch & Learns.
• Educating partners on our home warranty products and services.
• Providing onboarding, training, and ongoing account support.
• Distributing marketing materials and ensuring offices remain fully stocked.
• Attending networking events and generating referral opportunities.
• Managing your sales pipeline and CRM activity.
• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Existing book of business or strong relationships within the Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industry
• 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience
• 2+ years as a top-performing outside sales professional
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate referrals
• Strong presentation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively throughout Oregon
• Bachelor's degree preferred
