Job Summary:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity in a progressive care unit located in a healthcare facility in Saint Louis, MO. This role involves supporting a 24/7 stepdown ICU environment, primarily caring for adult patients with medical and telehealth needs. The position requires a focus on positive patient outcomes and effective communication, working night shifts on a rotating schedule.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification, EKG interpretation (or 1+ year EKG experience), 1+ years of critical care experience, location in the United States
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator management, and medication drips; strong team player attitude and excellent communication skills
• Float: Float rotation may be required as needed/headquarters staffing demands
• Additional Information: The practice includes caring for adult patients with a 50/50 split between Medical and Telehealth needs, with typical patient ratios of 4-6:1. Standard nursing equipment is provided. The candidate will be expected to adhere to hospital dress code, wearing black scrubs. Responsibilities include managing complex patient cases involving vents, trachs, and drips, and interpreting ACLS and EKG.
