Workday Business Analyst
Duration: 3 months, some possibility of extension pending additional needs
Location: Remote. Client is in Charlottesville, VA
Apex Systems is working with a prestigious higher education client in Charlottesville, VA to support their Workday HCM and Finance implementation. We are looking for a Workday Business Systems Analyst to document current processes for their Enterprise Applications teams before their audit begins in June 2023. The procedures are already in place.
Duties
- Analyze and document currently implemented migration processes
- Meet with Enterprise Application managers to gather information, identify gaps, and document processes and procedures that are already in place
- Identify areas of migration and implementation that need to be “tightened up”
- Make recommendations for optimizing what may be unveiled to be “clunky” business processes
- Candidate must have magnificent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials is mandatory
Required Skills: Workday HCM and/or Finance Workday Business analysis Strong documentation skills Experience with multiple migrations
