About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the expansion of its online platform for prescription medication fulfillment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing performance in existing market segments, as well as identifying and pursuing new verticals and market opportunities. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, including the design and implementation of AI-driven sales infrastructure to enhance the team's operational efficiency and competitive positioning. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with team leadership and development, ensuring a culture of accountability and ambition, and spending time in the field to support the team in real-time. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 8-12 years' of progressive business development or strategic sales experience, with at least 3 years' in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing complex deals, building and managing sales pipelines, and meeting revenue targets across multiple verticals. Hands-on experience in building or managing AI-powered or automated sales workflows is essential. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, action-oriented mindset. While an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus, the candidate's practical experience and achievements will be the primary focus.
