Manager, Ticketing

The Visalia Rawhide is actively seeking a Manager, Ticketing in this hands-on ticket sales position. Much of this role will be focused on overseeing operational execution of ticket product launches and managing the Box Office, including Tickets.com administration.

Ticket Sales Administration:

• Own the operational execution of ticket product launches, coordinating timelines and club-level deliverables
• Lead Tickets.com administration, including event setup, product builds, inventory holds and day-to-day troubleshooting

Box Office Staff Management:

• Manage, train, and schedule part-time and seasonal Box Office staff to support daily operations, ticket sales, and customer service
• Assist with inbound ticket sales and customer service across channels, ensuring timely resolution or customer needs while maximizing sales opportunities

Sales Operations:

• Provide club-level Attio (CRM) administration support, ensuring preparedness and adoption for campaign launches
• Create different sales initiatives and follow-up to make sure sales team is executing
• Assist with recurring ticket sales, revenue and attendance reporting
• Develop KPIs that reflect organizational goals and update leadership as needed on metrics

Qualifications/Characteristics:

• Must have prior experience with Tickets.com in an administrative capacity, in a Box Office or Ticket Operations Role
• Must have previous experience in ticketing in Minor League or professional sports
• Results oriented leader with proven ability to motivate people & maximize production
• Experience with CRM management and reporting
• Must be able to think creatively, self-motivated, and work in fast paced environment
