MLee Healthcare is seeking a qualified Echo Technologist to join an established hospital
Schedule:
- Weekends, Evenings, & On-Call Required
Echo Tech Job Description: The Echo Tech performs quality echocardiographic studies as ordered by the physicians as well as the performance of all other non-invasive cardiac procedures within the Cardiology Department.
Responsibilities for an Echo / EKG Tech:
- Interpret various medical imaging modalities for accurate diagnosis of patient conditions.
- Collaborate with medical specialists to provide expert insights and recommendations for patient care based on imaging findings.
- Maintain high-quality imaging standards, implement protocols, and ensure radiation safety measures are followed.
- Calibrate and maintain Echocardiographic equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Echo Technologist Qualifications:
- Current ARDMS Certification with RDCS in Echocardiography
- High School graduate or equivalent and AAS degree
- Appropriate State licensure
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience preferred
