Seamlessly combining hardware and simulator software programs, our passion is to create valuable content, products, and services that fulfill millions of golfers' passion for their love of the game.The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations, preferably within a hardware, technology, consumer products, or manufacturing environment. This individual should be highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Supply Chain Manager will also identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the company's continued growth.ResponsibilitiesMaintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and other supply chain partners.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners regarding purchase orders, production schedules, lead times, and product availability.Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting to maintain appropriate stock levels.Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including freight, shipping documentation, customs, and delivery schedules.Monitor inventory movements and work with internal teams to address shortages, excess inventory, or other supply issues.Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier information within the company's ERP system.Monitor supply chain performance through metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.Identify potential supply chain risks and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to support product launches, sales forecasts, and inventory requirements.Support procurement activities, including supplier research, purchase order management, pricing analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.Assist with supplier negotiations and contract management as needed.Develop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and other performance tracking tools.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Support the evaluation and improvement of ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systems.Assist with inventory planning for new product introductions and product lifecycle changes.Manage and prioritize multiple projects and supply chain initiatives in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations, or a related field.Experience managing or coordinating supply chain activities within a hardware, technology, consumer products, manufacturing, or similar environment.Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and other external business partners.Working knowledge of procurement, inventory management, manufacturing coordination, and domestic/international logistics.Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems; NetSuite is preferred.Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.Experience with supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement software is preferred.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.Uneekor Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
