A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: /n RN - ICU/CCU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM/n• Float pool position covering multiple units across three facilities: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa/n• Weekend shifts as needed/n• Holiday coverage when there is a need/n• Float to ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, and NICU units based on specialty/n• Will only float within your specialty area, never to lower acuity units/n• Can float mid-shift to different units and facilities as needed/n• Travelers are first to float when staffing needs arise/n• Nurse-to-patient ratios: ER 1:4, ICU 1:1-2, MedSurg 1:5, Tele 1:4, Peds 1:3, NICU 1:4/n• Required to titrate drips in ICU, ER, Tele, MedSurg, and PICU/n• Must read and interpret telemetry/monitors in ICU, ER, Tele, and PICU/n• Use mobile app to receive unit assignments one hour before shift starts/n• All hospitals are approximately 20 minutes apart with safe parking available/n• No self-scheduling; block scheduling attempted but not guaranteed/n• No call or standby requirements/n• 2 years experience in specialty required plus previous travel experience/n• Antepartum and mother baby experience highly preferred for L&D assignments/n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS/n• TNCC required for ED assignments/n• Clean and professional scrubs required (no specific color)/n• 3 shifts of inpatient orientation plus meet and greet on day one/n• EPIC charting system/n• BSN not required/n• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare system operates three major medical facilities providing comprehensive acute care services across the region.
