Position Overview:

Our organization is currently on the lookout for dedicated staff hospitalists to join the Division of Hospital Medicine at our affiliated facility, Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. We are a forward-thinking and esteemed integrated healthcare system that provides a comprehensive range of services, including three hospitals recognized among the top 100 by Truven Health Analytics: Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a distinguished 335-bed teaching hospital affiliated with Tufts; Beverly Hospital, awarded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield as the top quality hospital in Massachusetts for two consecutive years; and Winchester Hospital, consistently rated as the best hospital to work for in the state.

Available Hospitalist Positions:

We are actively seeking hospitalists for full-time roles, with both day and night shifts currently open at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. Our Department of Hospital Medicine consists of over 60 full-time equivalent physicians and around 10 advanced practitioners, all dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. We utilize a hybrid scheduling model that includes both a traditional 7 on, 7 off block schedule and a standard day schedule. While there are no strict patient caps, the volume generally aligns with the recommended ranges set by the Society of Hospital Medicine. Our department operates democratically, fostering a collegial environment where every provider's contributions are acknowledged and valued.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $240,000.00 and $316,000.00 USD annually. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this role may qualify for performance-based incentives, including bonuses for productivity and quality.
