We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Warehouse Production Associate to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This vital role involves ensuring product quality on the production line and providing essential general labor support throughout our modern warehouse facility. Success in this role offers the potential for long-term employment.

Warehouse Production Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )
- or until daily production goals are met.
- Mandatory overtime is a regular expectation, including occasional Saturdays.
Warehouse Production Associate Qualifications:
- Perform meticulous quality inspections on products directly from the production line
- Identify and efficiently remove defective products to maintain high quality standards
- Provide general warehouse support, including tasks such as sweeping, constructing pallets, and other essential general labor duties as needed
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
- Newer warehouse that can be influenced by outside weather conditions. We recommend layering clothing to ensure personal comfort throughout your shift
- Ability to stand continuously for a 10-hour shift
- Frequent bending and engaging in repetitive work
- Ability to occasionally and repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs
- Prior experience in a general labor or warehouse environment is required
- A strong preference for candidates with previous experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality control role
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Consistent attendance and strong work performance are paramount for success and transition to a permanent role
- Casual attire with closed-toe shoes is required for safety and comfort
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
