UnitedHealthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is hiring a Surest Customer Service Advocate for national remote work in the U.S. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and chats, assist with medical and pharmacy benefits, eligibility, and claims, and guide members to appropriate resources.
