This position involves comprehensive financial reporting, budget management, account reconciliation, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and maintain financial integrity. Responsibilities Prepare and review financial reports accurately and timely Manage budgeting processes to align with organizational goals Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and variances Approve payroll to ensure correct and timely payments Maintain general accounting records and processes Enter data accurately into the general ledger Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience Bachelor’ s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or CMA preferred Expertise in financial reporting and budgeting Proficiency in Excel and financial software Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Effective communication skills Experience with account reconciliation and payroll processes
