How You Will Make an Impact: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex residential electrical system failures and code violations safely. Execute precise electrical repairs, installations, and system upgrades in new construction homes. Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners to explain technical issues and solution options. Manage field service calls efficiently to meet daily scheduling commitments and maximize travel routes. Generate additional service revenue through professional recommendations and matching client needs to solutions. Maintain accurate electronic records of service calls, materials utilized, and finalized billing data. Required Qualifications & Experience: Proven professional experience working independently as a service technician in residential environments. Valid driver's license paired with a verified clean driving record. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve customer service challenges calmly. Deep technical knowledge of residential electrical systems, diagnostics, and modern safety codes. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: 6 or more years of dedicated experience specializing in residential electrical service and installations. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
