• Duration: 13-week assignment (possible extension/perm)

• License/Certifications: Valid RN License (state or compact), BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI Blue Card
• Experience: 1+ year in ER or high-acuity units preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $53.60
• Weekly Pay: via Direct Deposit

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to high-acuity emergency room patients
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient histories, assessments, and care plans accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care procedures and health management
• Demonstrate independent clinical judgment in a dynamic environment

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or valid multi-state compact license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
• CPI Blue Card required
• Minimum of 1 year ER or high-acuity experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
