We are the better opportunity you’re looking for. Are you ready to make an impact? POSITION SUMMARY: The Payroll specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the payroll processes. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,304- $76,030.50 Work Location: Livermore RESPONSIBILITIES Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, bonuses, etc. Collects timesheet data and payroll information. Manage all deductions and garnishments. Prepares and processes paychecks and cash deposits. Troubleshoot and respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns. Performs account balance and payroll reconciliations. Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams. Stay up-to-date with labor law regulations. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience. 3+ years of ADP WFN experience required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge in current labor laws. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working with accounting and payroll software. Detailed-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Ability to travel and work in an office environment. Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to list and/or carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull, bend multiple times a day. Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
