Our company is looking for a Sheet Metal Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation, as well as experience leading a team. As a Sheet Metal Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead a team of 4-5 on Laser cutting, shearing, folding, and press brake forming Fabricate and install sheet metal products such as ducts, roofs, and siding Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure that project deadlines are met Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr elro
