Our fast-paced, dynamic environment is both challenging and rewarding. As a Project Manager , you’ll be backed by a dedicated engineering and project controls team that shares your drive for success. We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to: Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines. Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant. Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans. Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track. Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis. Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance. Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks. Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly. Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts. Your Impact as a Project Manager You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work , which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering . Your Key Accountabilities: Deliver assigned design work Manage cost and schedule performance. Identify and mitigate risks. Lead and support assigned project managers. Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: Degree qualified in an engineering discipline. Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment. Engineering and technical competence , sufficient to enable effective decision-making. Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management. Well-organized , with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills , fostering strong teamwork and collaboration. Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
