Quality Enclosures is looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building candidate pipelines, and helping create a great hiring experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage job postings and candidate activity through ADP Workforce Now ATS
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support onboarding and pre-employment activities
- Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding efforts
- Maintain accurate recruiting and HR records
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ATS/HRIS systems preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
