Job Description: Ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re currently hiring Residential Support Counselors to join our compassionate and dedicated team. Hours: Full-time 38 hours a week Sunday 7a-9p Monday 3p-9p Tuesday 3p-9p Wednesday 3p-9p Thursday 3p-9p Must be able to work one weekend shift per week. Compensation: $24 hourly Location: Nottingham, NH (2 miles from Lee traffic circle) Responsibilities: The Residential Support Counselor will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting. Staff in this location will have the opportunity to support adults in two adjacent homes. Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events Follow each individuals care plan All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety Complete required daily documentation Other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications: 1 year of experience working in the Human Services field High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance What’s in it for you?
