Mortgage Vice President, Operations

Overview K. Hovnanian American Mortgage is uniquely positioned to deliver the keys to making our customer’s dream of home ownership a reality. The Vice President, Mortgage Operations is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the mortgage operating model and organizational systems to identify opportunities for process improvement. Responsibilities Research, analyze, and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes. Develop strategic recommendations and alternatives to support departmental and company objectives. After testing and validation, communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications to management, peers, and associates to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Qualifications Seven years of related operation experience in the mortgage industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
