Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care for individuals and families throughout their lives, from children to the elderly.
• Support chronic illness management, preventive care, acute treatment, and mental health concerns with a patient-centered approach.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments, evaluate diagnostic results, and create tailored care plans for patients.
• Work in tandem with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other experts to ensure all-encompassing patient care.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts aimed at better patient health outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise, real-time patient information.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of an active Nebraska medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are a plus.
