We make skincare, mineral makeup, pro-aging products, hair care, deodorants, and outdoor actives, all with a 5-step ingredient traceback system that takes us back to the farmers who grew them. Every product is USDA Organic Certified, 100% natural, and made right here in our Hazel Green, Wisconsin facility. If we can't make it clean, we don't make it. Period.

Our customers aren't just buying skincare — they're making a lifestyle change, and they need someone in their corner who genuinely gives a dang.

We're looking for someone who's warm, sharp, passionate about clean beauty, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Someone who can help a customer find their new favorite product, figure out why an order went sideways, and communicate directly with the team to get things taken care of.

You'll be the go-to person for our customers, but this is a whole-hive role. When the customer queue is quiet, you'll jump in with fulfillment, production, and whatever else helps keep our little operation buzzing.

What You'll Do:
Customer Communication & Experience

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, text, phone, and social media in our warm, helpful, and educational brand voice.
• Manage social media comments and messages, and maintain our 24-hour customer response standard.
• Help customers choose products that fit their needs by learning our ingredients, routines, and product benefits.

E-Commerce & Order Management

• Manage orders, tracking, order modifications, customer accounts, subscriptions, Pollen Points, and store credit.
• Assist with returns, billing questions, and payment issues according to company policies.
• Navigate our online store and internal systems to troubleshoot issues and help improve the customer experience. E-commerce experience is a big plus!

Problem-Solving & Team Communication

• Take ownership of customer concerns, make appropriate changes within company guidelines, and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Communicate directly with fulfillment, production, and management to resolve problems and keep everyone on the same page.
• Document recurring issues, share feedback, and identify opportunities to improve our processes.

Operations Support

• Help pack orders, label products, and support shipping during slower customer service periods.
• Assist with small-batch manufacturing, inventory organization, receiving, and general facility operations as needed.
• Be a true team player who is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• A genuine interest in clean, organic, or natural beauty products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach.
• Excellent organization, time management, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities without losing track of details.
• A problem-solver who takes initiative, follows through, and knows when to ask for help.
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems; e-commerce or online order management experience is a major plus.
• Willingness to be on your feet and assist with hands-on fulfillment and production tasks.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, call center, hospitality, or a similar setting.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with computers.
• Fast, accurate typing skills; 60+ WPM preferred.
• Ability to commute reliably to Hazel Green, WI 53811.
• Availability for a full-time, in-person schedule.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience.
• Schedule: 35–40 hours per week, fully in person.
