As a Phillips 66 Finance and Accounting University New Hire , you will have the opportunity to provide accounting, finance, business analysis, and decision support to operations and management. Careers within the Accounting/Finance organization may include positions in the following groups: Finance Performance & Analysis, Controllers, Tax, Treasury and Internal Audit. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that allows you to gain experience with financial applications and business operations. Exposure to various systems will give you experience working with Excel, SAP, Power BI and more. Our Finance and Accounting function is responsible for translating business events into the financial story for Phillips 66. We also partner with business leaders to provide information and insight used to make business decisions. What You'll Bring – Required Legally authorized to work in the job posting country. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field of study. Graduating in Summer/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale. Pursuing a minimum of 6 hours of Accounting. Master's degree in Accountancy or Finance. Previous internship with Phillips 66. Willing to work in Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK. Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of ($77,900 - $94,200) dependent on a candidate's degree type and level of education.
