Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for a per diem role in Long Term Care. This flexible shift opportunity allows healthcare professionals to maintain a work-life balance while supporting patients in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Provide nursing care to residents in long term care facilities
Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patients' health and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitative procedures
Document patient care and relevant information accurately

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Valid LPN/LVN license in Maryland
Current CPR certification
Previous experience in long term care preferred
