Under minimal supervision, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating production and operarions administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include creating traveler and documentation for manufacturing, setting up shipments, ordering supplies, and completing additional administrative tasks as defined by the President.

** Primary Tasks **

• Production – Load purchase orders in QuickBooks and generate work order traveler packet. Help production manager schedule production.
• Purchasing – Completing purchase requisitions for supplies and materials.
• Shipping – Create documentation for shipments, packing lists, and labels, and arrange for UPS/FedEx pickup.

** Qualifications **

• 4+ years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team attitude, eagerness to cooperate with others with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks regularly.
• Competent with QuickBooks and systems used in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have excellent Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills..

Requires 40 hours per week on-site with occasional ovetime.
