Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Carolinas Travel

The Lead Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality. This role requires travel across the Carolinas and expertise in multifamily construction. Our client is fully vertically integrated builder, developer, and property management firm that has been building in the southern US for nearly 20 years. They specialize in Class‑A luxury apartment buildings, having an established portfolio of beautiful properties across the Southeast. They take pride in problem solving and proactive management of their work and they are looking for team members that share the same type of forward‑thinking mentality. With a large (and growing) amount of projects starting across the Carolinas, this client is looking for a strong Lead Superintendent to help them with their Carolinas work. Description Manage on‑site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines. Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Monitor and maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers. Resolve any on‑site issues or delays efficiently and effectively. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. Oversee and mentor on‑site staff to foster a productive work environment.
