• Full time, 1.0 FTE, Variable shift, 40 hours per week. * Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Variable shift, hours per week are as needed and not guaranteed. No relocation assistance.

The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or
• PharmD in Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Alaska Pharmacist License.
• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
