We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietary Cook to join our dedicated team at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and therapeutic dietary guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with our dietary staff to ensure accurate and timely food service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary culinary education or experience preferred
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role; food service experience in a healthcare setting a plus
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods; manual dexterity and attention to detail necessary
