Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team of professionals. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and services to our residents, and we're looking for a Dietary Aide who shares our commitment to excellence.
About the Role:
As a Dietary Aide , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks. Dietary Aide will work closely with our culinary team to prepare meals, monitor food temperatures, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your Dietary Aide excellent communication skills will also be essential in interacting with residents, families, and other team members.
Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation, food service, and tray delivery
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines
Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage and disposal of food
Work closely with the culinary team to prepare meals and snacks
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in food service or healthcare preferred
