In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Type: Part-Time Hours: Approx. 14 hours per week Schedule: Monday 12pm - 5pm & Friday 8am - 5pm What You'll Do Provide direct ABA therapy in an in-school and clinic-based setting Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes using Rethink software Support clients in skill-building and independence Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Why Join Us Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients and families Supportive team environment with ongoing training and professional growth Requirements Current RBT certification from the BACB (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred experience in-school and clinic-based) Strong background in managing challenging behaviors Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally Benefits at Anchor Behavioral Solutions We value the well-being of our team and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees.
