CPA Tax Manager

Leading the tax compliance efforts for the U.S., Canada, and Australia, the full-time Manager of Tax will oversee the timely filing of tax returns, partner with outside tax advisors, and provide guidance to internal departments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage compliance with U.S. Federal, Canadian, and Australian tax regulations, including various tax types and provisions Support merger and acquisition activities and collaborate with external tax advisors for tax return preparation Develop and document tax policies and control procedures while serving as a trusted partner to Finance and Accounting stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance CPA or equivalent certification 8+ years of tax experience, including 4 years in Big 4 public accounting or publicly traded companies At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an accounting team Experience with domestic and international tax, preferably in the high-growth healthcare industry
