Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation)

Duties
Help
- Greet patients, perform receptionist tasks, enter data, schedule appointments, and coordinate services with specialty clinics.
- Maintain record, file documentation, and enter, update, and retrieve information in electronic systems.
- Maintain clinic appointment schedules and coordinate patient flow.
- Respond to emergencies, activate communication systems, route calls, relay messages, and escalate urgent issues promptly.
- Verify patient identity and eligibility, provide information on clinic procedures, and provide information on clinic and hospital policies and procedures.
- Prepare routine correspondence, progress reports, medical statements, and statistical reports supporting daily clinic operations.
