Account Associate OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated and dependable Account Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to build a career in insurance, gain hands-on experience, and advance into higher-level sales or service roles over time.This role combines outbound calling and administrative support to help drive new business and support our sales team. You will play a key role in generating quote opportunities, following up with prospects, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a growth-focused position. Licensing is required (if not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe). Advancement opportunities are available for those who perform and want to move up.Key responsibilities include:Make outbound calls to prospects to generate insurance quotesFollow up on quote opportunities and warm leadsAssist the sales team with administrative tasksChase outstanding documents and underwriting requirementsSet up DSS and other internal systems as neededMaintain accurate notes and follow-up timelinesSupport the overall flow of new business from start to finishQualifications:Must be willing to obtain required insurance licensesStrong communication skills and confidence on the phoneOrganized and detail-orientedSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable handling both sales-focused tasks and administrative dutiesPositive attitude and team-first mindsetGrowth opportunity:This role is ideal for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the insurance industry.
