Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Hialeah, Florida

Support a concierge-style, closed-door pharmacy delivering medications promptly with a dedicated team. This per diem opportunity is based in Hialeah, FL, requiring a licensed Florida pharmacist to ensure smooth daily operations from late March through mid-April.


Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy duties, including dispensing and counseling
• Open and close the pharmacy according to operational standards
• Oversee and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists
• Utilize Pioneer Rx software to manage prescriptions efficiently
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and patient service in a fast-paced delivery environment

Qualifications:

• Active Florida pharmacist license
• Experience in retail or closed-door pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills for overseeing staff
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems (Pioneer Rx experience a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
