POSITION: Pallet Builder / Production Associate

JOB LOCATION: Cedarburg, WI

STARTING DATE: Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM: Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

WORK HOURS/SHIFT: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM | 4 Days Per Week

STARTING PAY: $22.00/hr + Overtime Available

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to visualize how products fit together, and build pallets
Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
Reliable transportation to Cedarburg, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build stable, secure pallets of product for shipment to stores.
Arrange crates into organized stacks, with a full pallet consisting of 54 crates, or 9 stacks of 6.
Use basic math to determine how to build pallets when store orders do not equal a full pallet.
Add empty pallets where needed to fill gaps and create a solid, stable cube.
Ensure pallets are properly assembled and secure for shipping.
