Responsibilities: Assist the management team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for managers. Prepare and organize reports and presentations for team meetings. Manage correspondence and communication with clients and vendors. Track project deadlines and assist in project management tasks. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date. Support the onboarding process for new hires and training initiatives. Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process improvements. Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in a managerial support role is a plus.
