Position Overview
The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. This position involves customer service, scheduling appointments, managing records, and supporting the veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

• Check patients in and out during visits

• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

• Maintain and update patient medical records

• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians

• Keep the reception area clean and organized

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

• Experience in a veterinary clinic is a plus but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and phone skills

• Compassion for animals and their owners

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 1x Saturday a month
