Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

At TLE®, we've created a full cast of characters that become our little learners' educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

Teacher – The Learning Experience | South Windsor, CT

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

About the Role: Join The Learning Experience and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. You'll support infant development through hands-on learning, daily care, and meaningful interactions with families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, loving classroom for infants
• Implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum® activities
• Communicate daily with families (updates, photos, milestones)
• Work collaboratively with your team
• Follow all state licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications:

• 6+ months childcare experience (1 year preferred)
• High school diploma/GED required; ECE degree preferred
• Knowledge of infant development and DAP
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
