Columbia Bank is hiring a Universal Banker I in Newark, NJ, to provide a full range of retail banking services and support branch goals. You will handle transactions, open accounts, explain products, and cross-sell services while delivering excellent customer care. The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and weekend availability.
