Microsoft 365 Platform Administrator Remote Full Time Overview Seeking a skilled professional to support and manage Microsoft 365 platform tools and services. The role involves reviewing Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, identifying key feature changes, and collaborating with platform teams to implement and support new capabilities across the environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze and support Microsoft 365 platform tools and services Review Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and assessing feature changes Manage and understand Microsoft 365 licensing structures Collaborate with IT and platform teams to implement new features Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and KB articles Define and manage default settings and platform standards for new features Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including: Teams Outlook Office Apps Administration Intune Viva Copilot Loop Exchange Online Entra ID Power Platform Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers Knowledge of Microsoft 365 roadmap and feature management Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
