Senior Program Manager (Data Products & SAP S/4 Integration)

Job Description:

• Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic SAP S/4 HANA data transformation and integration programs as part of Vortex, Client's enterprise Data & AI platform.
• This role will drive the delivery of enterprise data products and data foundations that enable reporting, analytics, operational insights, and AI capabilities across the company.
• The successful candidate will partner closely with stakeholders including Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing and Operations to transform SAP business data into trusted, governed, and reusable Data Products on the Azure Databricks platform.
• The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with experience leading SAP ERP, enterprise data, analytics, or business transformation initiatives.
• They must be comfortable managing complex cross-functional programs, driving executive alignment, and translating business requirements into scalable, trusted, governed, reusable data products that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP, non-ERP & Historical Data Transformation & Program Delivery.
• Lead SAP S/4 HANA and non-ERP applications to Azure Databricks integration programs from planning through deployment and business adoption.
• Set clear ownership and accountability across business, technology, and vendor teams while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Coordinate functional teams, business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and external partners teams to ensure successful execution.
• Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions while driving timely resolution of blockers.
• Ensure SAP data, Historical data and non-ERP data is accurately transformed, integrated, and made available to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Data Products & Business Alignment:

• Partner with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver enterprise data products derived from SAP business processes and data domains.
• Ensure solutions align with business processes, KPIs, governance standards, and long-term business objectives.
• Facilitate alignment across Vendor teams, Analytics, AI, and business teams regarding requirements, scope, priorities, and release planning.
• Ensure Key Decision and Architectural approvals, in time
• Drive delivery of trusted, governed, and reusable data products that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements, business rules, and success metrics for data products.

Program Governance & Executive Leadership:

• Establish and maintain integrated program plans, governance processes, RAID management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Lead planning sessions, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and cross-functional program interlocks.
• Provide executive-level visibility into program health, delivery progress, key risks, dependencies, and critical decisions.
• Coordinate execution across globally distributed teams, including US, EMEA, APAC, and India-based resources.
• Manage consulting partners and vendors, ensuring accountability and alignment to program objectives.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations to drive alignment, accountability, and successful delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes across one or more domains such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Revenue, Manufacturing, or Finance.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in program governance, dependency management, risk management, and executive communications.
• Experience with Jira, Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise-scale program management.
• Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or related SAP Data and Analytics ecosystems.
• Experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform or similar modern enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Medallion Architecture, and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting AI, Gen AI, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Understanding of Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud environments.
• PMP certification preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
