We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to support and maintain client accounts through direct, in-person interaction. This role focuses on providing account support, communicating with customers, and ensuring a positive overall experience across multiple client programs.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in client relations, account management, and day-to-day business operations within a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face to review account details and provide support
• Serve as a point of contact for questions related to services and account updates
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
• Work with internal team members to support client objectives and retention efforts
• Communicate updates, feedback, and customer needs to leadership
• Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience
