Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with accuracy and care
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient acknowledgements to ensure specimen integrity
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering trust and confidence with patients
• Travel between multiple patient service centers and/or physician office locations as needed
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume setting

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical assistant, paramedic training, or phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Keyboarding and data entry experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
• Flexible availability to support varying staffing needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
