Huntsville Hospital Health System - - Responsibilities: Professionally and courteously interview patients and/or family members to obtain demographic, financial, and medical information for registration/admission and patient identification.; Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; estimate patient responsibility, collect and post payments.; Enter data into the registration system including medical, demographic, insurance, precertification, and medical necessity data.; Identify patient records using two patient identifiers; greet/interview patients by phone when needed; escort patients to treatment locations.
