Position: Manufacturing Engineer Tech - Blanchester Location: Blanchester, OH Job Id: 378-015 Number of Openings: 1 R&R Tool continues to grow rapidly and we are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. R&R Tool, Inc. is a contract machine shop located in Blanchester, Ohio that specializes in medical manufacturing with tight-tolerance precision parts. Summary: Manufacturing Engineer Technicians get involved on the ground level of the production processes and develop the expertise to see production through to completion. Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree or one to two years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment. General Requirements: Stable work history from manufacturing environment CAD / CAM experience Must have demonstrated a willingness to learn in all aspects of the company. Must have a good understanding of inspection and inspection methods. Operated CNC Machinery and performed inspection(s). Have an understanding of Mills, Lathes, EDM Wire Machines, Punch Presses, Gauges and Fixtures. Must know different cutting tools and their function. Must be able to read and understand simple prints. Must be willing to carry out engineering tasks and assignments. Must have demonstrated a good ability of problem-solving techniques. Must have a good understanding of spreadsheets and Microsoft Word. Must understand the importance of documentation. Must be willing to work over‑time upon occasion. Must work well with all levels of management Must demonstrate an understanding of time management.
