About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with a strong commercial acumen to spearhead the demand side of its international performance marketing and advertising operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the demand-side commercial strategy, with a primary focus on building a predictable revenue engine and driving monthly growth. This role involves auditing the current demand function, identifying key growth points, and optimizing the full advertiser lifecycle. The CCO will also be tasked with owning and improving key commercial metrics, building a scalable commercial structure, and managing a team to ensure the efficiency of the commercial funnel. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital marketing, particularly within ad networks, affiliate networks, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising, and at least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in building and scaling demand, sales, or advertiser-facing business units, as well as experience in managing significant revenue volumes. A deep understanding of direct demand, supply, RTB, and programmatic advertising is essential, along with strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. The CCO will be expected to have the ability to build scalable commercial processes, implement KPIs, and manage a large team effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to translate demand-side needs into product requirements are also key aspects of the role.
