If you thrive in a fast-paced culture, eagerly take action, set high standards for yourself, passionately honor commitments, strive to be the best and deliver results to achieve the unthinkable- this role is for you!Position ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and documentation of mechanical and fluid system and thermal environment requirements to establish the system designSupport the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs/proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groupsPerform and document system performance using computational analysis tools to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specificationsPerform detail design development and modification of mechanical and fluid system installationsContribute to supplier development, test and production activates and directs the supplier to optimize integration and achieve program goalsPrepare technical documents for mechanical components and systemsSupport system components’ design/proposals standards to provide installation and detail documentationBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experienceExperience with 3D solid modeling software applications (e.g. NX, Catia, CADD)Experience with mechanism /kinematic designThis position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
